These are the finished posters that I used at the open house this past Friday! I'm really happy with the way Rosie's poster turned out, and they really set the tone for our film!

Done, done!
It's official! I am finished my third and final year of the Traditional Animation program! Can I get a woo-hoo? Haha.
It's been such a busy last week, so I intend on posting some new stuff, and perhaps a picture or two from the open house festivities!
But for now, I am going to enjoy my last day off, and link you guys to the shiny, new film blog! Enjoy!

We Can Do it!
Hey!
So I figure the title is pretty self-explanatory, but here we go anyway! lol. Since my film has a WWII theme, and Derek encouraged us to include our film title somewhere behind us at the open house, I decided to compromise with an iconic poster!
This is just a rough sketch, but I plan on cleaning Rosie up and making something very close to the original image.
Any thoughts and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Almost there...
Hey!
I thought I'd stop by and drop off this sketch that I did about a week a bit ago. She's a little unfinished, but I like her enough that I might go back and add a little more.
Fine Tooning pages are due tomorrow, and our film is due for marks in a week tomorrow! It's crazy how close to the wire it is!
Exciting, but crazy!
Oh well, that's it for now!

Collymotion: Sandcastles in the sand
I thought it would be neat to link this particular sketch featuring our two film characters! All credit goes to Mike! :)

Bonjour! :)
This here's Rosie, the secondary character in my independent film. She's also the bundle of love I'm currently animating in scene right now.
This is just some of the conceptual artwork for my soon-to-be business card. This is going to be the front of the card...
And the back! My last name is Young, so I thought I'd play it up. Shiny bum for the win!
And these 3 are just some doodles I've made in the past day or two. I'm going to rework the busty princess, and the blue sketch is inspired by my best friend, Lizzie! :)
It's been far too long since I've made a post here, so I'll try and make them more frequently!
